The hotel's location offers a beachside experience near Khad bay. It is roughly a 15-minute drive from downtown phuket. The pool area was very nice. The staff were always friendly and helpful.
The hotel is a bit worn. I found that a five-star hotel should be cleaner. There is no elevator. There are many stairs throughout the hotel.
